We want to list the very best shows in town, even if we don’t have a direct allocation of tickets. When a show is marked ‘Concierge,’ it basically just means that we’re buying the tickets from the primary ticket vendor for you, so you don’t have to mess with all the waiting and hassle. Our ticket price includes all the relevant fees & taxes, and a small service charge so we can keep the lights on.

Unfortunately, no. Concierge tickets adhere to the rules set by the primary ticket vendors.
Oh no! That’s pretty rare, but it sometimes happens. When you place a Concierge order, we automatically grab your tickets for you from the primary ticket vendor. It all happens in just a few seconds, but sometimes an order is placed exactly when a show sells out. If that’s the case, we immediately let you know and issue a full refund.
It’s a feature that makes it possible for you to charge drinks to your WillCall account just by saying your name. The WillCall venue app behind the bar talks to the WillCall app in your phone with Bluetooth Low Energy [BLE, for you acronym lovers]. No messing with credit cards, cash, or crazy lines. Future!

The best way to stay up to date on what shows we've got coming up is via Push Notification or Email. To check or update your current notification settings, launch the app > Go to MY ACCOUNT > NOTIFICATIONS > and then toggle each option to suit your preferences.
New Events Posted [Email] - An email that includes all the info you need to know about shows that are live in the app. You'll usually receive an email a few times a week.
New Events Posted [Push] - A Push Notification with a few succinct lines on what shows are live in the app. These usually get pushed out a few times a week also.
Friend Purchase [Push] - Who wants to go to the show alone? Not us! So when you make a purchase, we'll let your Facebook friends [who have the app installed] know via a Push Notification. Too easy!
For iPhone users, tap on your phone Settings icon > scroll down until you see the WillCall icon > toggle Forget Me to 'On.' And Voila!
